India will be a piece of the FIFAe Nations Series 2022 (FeNS22), the lead competitive game series of FIFA for its member associations.

FIFAe national teams will present themselves at the tournament.

From the Asia and Oceania region, India will compete, currently ranked 23rd out of 60 in the FIFAe rankings.

The team will try to get things where they left off last season because they almost lost the chance to qualify for the playoffs.

India will begin its mission in the qualifying phase of the tournament.

The FIFAe Nations Online Qualifiers 2022 Play-in phase begins in December 2021, where the group will compete with the FIFAe national teams of member associations participating in FeNS21 for a four-week competition until April 2022 to qualify for the FIFAe Nations 2022 playoffs.

If it can’t qualify through the Play-in, India will have one more opportunity to qualify through the FIFAe Nations Online Qualifier 2022. At this stage, the group will go up against the new member associations on board for FeNS22 and other returning FeNS21 member associations to spot in the playoffs.

The FIFAe Nations Playoffs 2022 is expected to happen in June 2022, and the highest occasion – the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 – is expected in July 2022.

The FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 will be attended by a total of 23 national teams that qualify for the playoffs, including the host country.

In the meantime, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) will host the second annual national qualifying race – the AIFF eFootball Challenge, which aims to select athletes for the FIFA national team for the 2022 season.

The FIFAe Nations Playoffs 2022 is expected to take place in June 2022 and the highest event – AIFF eFootball Challenge, will select gamer athletes for its FIFAe national squad for the 2022 season.
