Since its establishment, AIGF has been at the forefront consulting with relevant industry policy-makers to illustrate the importance and benefits of recognizing & standardizing the self-regulatory framework established by eminent domain experts that are representatives of different sections like the judiciary, education, finance, and sports backgrounds that make up its advisory committee. A Himachal Pradesh IAS official of the 1976 batch, Dr. Sutanu Behuria has been characteristic in remolding India’s policy programs, infrastructure, IT, NYF, and online transactions structure. He advises on guidelines, procedures and is reshaping fast‐emerging industry segments during their incubation and early stages.

It is given this rich experience that the All‐India Gaming Federation, to build up its portrayal of its various member organizations and key industry players in the online gaming sector has appointed Behuria as President of the ‘Rummy Association (AIGF Advisory)’. The Rummy Association will work intimately with AIGF’s member stakeholders and Governing Council to monitor, educate, and raise issues of online skill gaming organizations.
Behuria has now assumed duty in this most recent positional progression in his illustrious career. He did his Ph.D. in Economics at America’s Southern Methodist University between 1979 and 1982.
