The next topic included an engaging discussion among the panellists on data mining & data analysis with regards to online gaming, expert opinion in judicial decision-making, best practices in other jurisdictions and how data, experience, rules & anecdotes are the four pillars which are going to have an impact on how judges are going to make determinations in the future with respect to skill or chance games.
The final discussion focused on the ongoing innovations in the skill gaming industry including trends in localized content, in-game and out-game innovations and finally the importance of self-regulation in the industry.
As the apex body that focuses on policy advocacy, research & forum for discussion among various stakeholders associated with the Indian gaming industry, the AIGF strongly believes that a unified approach & self-regulation is required from the industry to promote innovation without crossing the legal boundaries.
