Delta Corp Ltd. has been given the shareholder green-light to merge with Gauss Networks, the parent company of poker website Adda52.

In a court-convened meeting for amalgamation of Gauss Networks, an overwhelming 99.96 percent of the shareholders voted to approve the merger, according to a company filing.

The remaining process for completion of the Adda52 merger is expected to be completed within the next couple of months.
