Nazara Technologies Limited, a multi-faceted gaming and sports media platform, has invested approximately ₹4.15 crore through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary, Nazara Private Limited, in Snax Games Limited, an Israeli-based game developer, the company announced through an exchange filing.

In addition, Nazara Technologies has signed a publishing deal with Snax Games, granting the company exclusive rights to distribute the games in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East region on a revenue-sharing basis for five years.

Snax Games is an innovative mobile gaming company founded by industry veterans. The Snax leadership team has been in the gaming industry for over 20 years, and they’ve created some of the biggest games and IPs in the industry, with over $1 billion in revenue. They’ve worked with some of the biggest companies in the industry, like Scopely and Plarium, as well as CrazyLab. They’re working on a new genre of game called casual multi-games, and their first one is called Parties & Puzzles. It’s a game that’s different and is shaking up the puzzle genre.
